Terms of Service
Last updated: 7/1/2026
These Terms govern your use of BareLink ("BareLink", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
BareLink lets anyone create a public "link in bio" page without signing up. Pages are edited using an edit token generated at creation.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including:
- Unlawful, fraudulent, or spam use.
- Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Distributing malware, phishing links, or content that promotes violence or hate.
- Interfering with the security or integrity of the service (probing, scraping at scale, circumventing limits).
3. Your content
You are responsible for the content you publish on your page and must have all necessary rights to it. You grant BareLink a limited license to host and display your content solely to provide the service.
4. Intellectual property
BareLink and its underlying software, design, and branding are and remain our property. These Terms do not transfer any IP rights to you.
5. Payments — Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
The Pro unlock is a one-time purchase of $5 per page granting a custom slug and unlimited links on that page.
6. Service level
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove pages that breach these Terms, are subject to legal complaints, pose a security or fraud risk, or violate our policies. Anyone holding the corresponding edit token can delete a page at any time.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BareLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
